There are some moments that make you stop and feel grateful. Being honoured at the Times Icons of Odisha 2026 was one such moment for me. I was honoured with the “Iconic Excellence in Jewellery & Trusted Brand Leadership” award. As I was travelling abroad at the time, our Managing Director, Shri Ajit Hans, collected the prestigious award on my behalf from Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, Hon’ble Governor of Odisha, who had graciously presided as the Chief Guest at the event. It was certainly a proud moment for me and for everyone associated with the Lalchnd Group.

Being recognised at Times Icons of Odisha 2026 was a special moment for me. This recognition represents something that has always mattered deeply to me: the trust people place in Lalchnd. Jewellery is closely connected with people's lives. It becomes part of weddings, celebrations, family occasions and important memories. To receive recognition in an industry where trust matters so much makes this honour particularly meaningful.

I dedicate this recognition to the people of Odisha, whose trust has made this achievement possible. Lalchnd is where it is today because of your trust and continued support. Over the years, many families have chosen Lalchnd for their special occasions, returned to us and recommended us to others. That trust means far more to me than any recognition. It is something we have earned over time and something we must continue to respect. I am truly grateful to everyone who has been part of Lalchnd’s story and continues to place their trust in us.

This recognition is also a proud moment for the entire Lalchnd Group. Behind every achievement is a team of people who contribute in their own way. I am grateful to everyone at Lalchnd for their dedication and commitment, as well as to our partners and well-wishers who have supported us over the years. Although the award was presented in my name, I see it as something that belongs to the entire Lalchnd family.

For me, this honour is less about the award itself and more about what it represents: the trust of the people we serve and the relationships we have built over the years. I receive this recognition with sincere gratitude and humility. It reminds me of the responsibility that comes with being trusted by so many people and encourages me to continue working with the same commitment. I sincerely thank everyone who has been part of Lalchnd's story and, above all, the people of Odisha for their continued trust.
